Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (2023), directed by Jeff Rowe and co-directed by Kyler Spears, is an animated superhero film that follows the four Turtle brothers—Michelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael, and Donatello. The brothers navigate their mutant existence in New York City’s sewers under the guidance of their rat sensei, Splinter.

When a dangerous mutant gang led by “Superfly” threatens the city, the Turtles must confront their own desires for acceptance. In addition, they must battle against the sinister plans of Superfly and his cohorts.
